Hello,
My daughters gave a tablet from the brand i.t.works (made in China) to my 86-year-old mother. She can't remember her PIN code. We have tried everything that seemed usual without success. Do you know a solution or does this mean that this tablet will be unusable?

Hello,
There is no solution; we need to find the code... possibly wait; she might remember at some moment of clarity..! or search through the little surrounding papers... let's add that after five incorrect successive passwords, she is indeed blocked by Google.
-- If two-factor authentication were set up, she could click on "Forgot Password" and an email would be sent to the backup address...
-- On these tablets, even after a factory reset, one cannot use it with another account because Google immediately detects it and blocks the tablet.. It's a dead end.
It's pointless to say Made in China... they are all manufactured within this perimeter, TVs too, and so on. -
