Chonopost issue, need advice

Good evening, I have a Chronopost package that was supposed to be delivered between 8 AM and 6 PM. As usual, the delivery person left a notice in my mailbox without ringing my doorbell. On the notice, it states that the package will be delivered to a nearby pick-up point within 24 hours. To know the name of the pick-up point, you need to check the package tracking. The tracking shows:

I do not understand how the package could be marked as delivered at 11:45 AM and then be awaiting at 1:55 PM. I did not receive the package; I only received a notice in my mailbox. Have you experienced this problem before? In your opinion, the package delivered to Mr/Mrs: d, do you think it is an error and I will receive it, or has the package been delivered elsewhere?

Hello;

For your information, you have until midnight to request a new delivery of the package, so with a bit of luck and if you hurry, you can make the request online using the details mentioned on the delivery notice (See this link)

Good evening, the number on the delivery notice is not working, and on the parcel tracking, I don't have anything to make a request. I'm used to having my parcels delivered to a pick-up point and being left notices in the mailbox, but what worries me now is that just before the "Parcel awaiting at 1:55 PM," it says "delivered at 11:45 AM recipient's name: d."

If you received a delivery notice, it means that the package was not received; otherwise >> No delivery notice! That should be the signature or something else of the person who slipped this delivery notice, unless I'm mistaken...
