Windows installation stuck at 96%

Dear friends, hello

I have been trying since this morning to install Windows 10 on my Lenovo laptop via a DVD with the Windows 10 ISO burned onto it.

However, since this morning, the installation has been stuck at 96% (photo below).

I don't know if this is normal, but I would prefer to ask someone who knows better than I do in this area.

    Hello,

    Either the DVD is corrupted
    Or your hard drive has an issue (or something else).

    Create a USB drive with Media Creation Tool: https://www.malekal.com/windows-10-media-creation-tool/
    And see if that works better.
