Issue with sending responses from a Google Form

Hello,
I created a Google form for my graduation thesis and published it. But there's a problem: people can’t submit their responses... Page 2 keeps looping without ever moving on to page 3, which I've dedicated to sending the questionnaire.
For some people it works, but not for everyone... How can I ensure that the submission works every time and that they really receive a confirmation message??

      When the respondents click on "next" at the end of page 2, it does not go to page 3 and continuously returns to the beginning of page 2. They cannot submit their answers.
      There are no questions on page 3; I created it only for submitting the questionnaire, otherwise the "submit" button was not offered.
      I hope I'm clearer this way :)

      Yes, I think you must have set a required field that prevents moving to the next page... that's all I can see since Google tools usually work very well.
      You need to check each field on page two to see if they have overly restrictive requirements.

      No, there is nothing mandatory blocking because I receive responses from some people who don't answer anything in the questionnaire... And no error message appears for those who have an issue.. I feel like since yesterday I'm only receiving responses from those who don't complete page 2 (which is heavily skewing my results...) Do you have any idea what might be happening?

      It's really strange, I still believe that something must be blocking on page two, I think the best thing would be to redo the questions from page two on another page and relaunch this form.
