How to cancel Adopte un Maturé subscription

Solved

Hello everyone
After trying a 3-day subscription on "adopteunemature.com," I got scammed like so many others because they then charge us monthly.
Of course, they never mention this during the trial offer.
Can you please provide me with a radical unsubscription procedure so I no longer have to pay since I'm not interested?
I just read the terms on the site, which is hosted in Malta. IT'S A HUGE SCAM.
Thank you for your help.

Thank you for the link, Jordane, which I consulted, but what action can I actually take?
Is the only option feasible the bank opposition, and is it 100% effective?

If you oppose ... no more withdrawals possible.
But whether you oppose or not ... try to find on their website how to request cancellation. This will avoid any potential legal action in case of non-payment.

NB: The money already paid will not be refunded ... unfortunately, even if it's written in very small print or hidden on the site ... the terms clearly indicate that there will be a subscription after the three-day "trial" ... (like ALL the sites that offer this kind of "discovery" subscription ...)

And if we didn't provide a credit card number and didn't pay anything, only gave an email address, can they still take money from us after 3 days?

Same, I have the same question as vvc. That said, I don't think an email address is enough to extort money.

Did they take some money from you then?
