Hello,

Following an update, I have encountered an error message. I searched your forum and it seems that I am missing a codec controller driver.

I performed the windows+R action and the hardware ID of the device is:

PCI VEN_1022&DEV_1537&SUBSYS_15371022&REV_00

My laptop runs on Windows 10 PRO, 64 bit, and I have already downloaded 7zip.

If someone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    Download this driver --> Chipset
    and place it in your documents.

    Right-click on --> AMD-Chipset-Device....exe
    Select --> 7Zip
    Choose --> extract to "AMD-Chipset-Device....\"

    Go to device manager
    Right-click on the device
    Update driver
    Browse my computer ......
    Choose from a list of drivers...
    Have disk
    Browse
    Go to your documents
    Go to the unzipped driver folder --> AMD-Chipset-Device.....
    Folder --> Packages
    Folder --> Drivers
    Folder --> AMDPSP
    Folder --> WT64A
    Select the file --> amdpsp.inf and OK.
    Restart.
