PCI encoding/decoding controller issue

Question

Hello, I have a PC with a Ryzen 5 2400G, an MSI A320M gaming pro motherboard, and 8GB of RAM. I wanted to use the processor's RX Vega 11 chipset, but it's impossible due to the controller driver issue. I've performed all Windows updates, drivers, and BIOS updates without success. Here is the controller identification number:  PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_15DF&SUBSYS_15DF1022&REV_00  If someone has a solution?  Thanks.

Thank you for the feedback I am attaching an image of my problem. All my drivers are up to date (BIOS and drivers via the MSI support) I also changed the RAM without success. I have no more ideas to get the Radeon RX Vega 11 chipset working

Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits  Download this driver -->  AMD (476mb) and put it in your documents.  Right-click on --> win10-64bit-radeon....exe Select --> 7Zip Choose --> extract to "win10-64bit-radeon....\"  Go to Device Manager Right-click on the device Update driver Browse my computer ...... Choose from a list of drivers... Have disk Browse Go to your documents Go to the unzipped driver folder --> win10-64bit-radeon.... Folder --> Packages Folder --> Drivers Folder --> Display Folder --> WT6A_INF Select the file --> C0331246.inf and OK. Restart.   -- The human being is at their best when things are at their worst.

I have installed the file and restarted the PC, but the same result persists. (In 2 attempts, the driver installs correctly but the problem remains.)
