Hello,
I have a problem, my TV is stuck on a channel with the message 'my button is set'
What should I do?

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 12.0

Hello,
Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power supply, wait five minutes and plug everything back in.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "return to factory settings" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

Try but nothing works! Unplug and plug back in...
We tried with a new remote control, it seems to be working, we'll see over time.
