Good evening
I was asked to reinstall a Canon Pixma MG2450 printer at my mother's house.
This printer also scans, and when trying to scan a photo or document, the following message appears:
"You do not have the required rights to access the specified folder
Code: .10.244.0 or
11.244.0 or
9.244.0"
that's why I proceeded with a reinstallation, but the message is still the same
My mother subscribed to Orange fiber a few months ago. Is there a connection? Can you help me resolve this issue?

did you install the printer "as an administrator......"? -

My mother has Windows 7 and uses Avast as her antivirus.
The person who gave her the computer may have installed the printer as an administrator.
