Hello everyone,

For the past 3 days, my laptop has been telling me that there are no audio, video, and game devices.
I've noticed that the Intel High Definition Audio device is not installed correctly.
I've tried to fix this but without success.
Hoping to get help from someone more knowledgeable than me in IT.

Thank you.

Here is the name of my computer: Omen 17-an140nz.

    Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits

    Right-click on --> sp89052.exe
    Select --> 7Zip
    Choose --> extract to "sp89052\"

    Go to the device manager
    Right-click on the Intel High Definition Audio device
    Update driver
    Browse my computer ......
    Browse
    Go to the unzipped driver folder --> sp89052
    Select the folder --> WIN64
    OK, next
    Restart.

      Hi, it tells me that I can't install Intel High Definition Audio. Windows found no driver for my device. Windows says to go to the computer manufacturer's website to download drivers. What should I do?
