The problem is that I don't want to do a restore because I won't have my modified graphics card anymore, and if I put it back in, I'll still have the same problem.

Download this driver --> Conexant

Right-click on the driver --> db100a39.....cab
Select --> 7Zip
Choose --> extract to "db100a39.....\"

Go to the device manager
Right-click on the device
Update driver
Browse my computer for drivers
Select from a list of drivers...
Have Disk
Browse
Go to the extracted driver folder --> db100a39.....
Select the file --> cisstrt.inf and OK.
Restart.
