Hello,
An OEM version is a so-called "manufacturer" version, meaning it comes without documentation and support. It should be sold with a complete computer (in theory), but is often sold as long as you purchase at least one computer component.
A COEM version is the same thing, thus without support or documentation, but is sold individually, often through online sales sites (for example, Fnac.com).
