Unable to type my password on my Packard Bell

Hello,

normally when I turn on my PACKARD BELL laptop, the startup page loads, then my wallpaper appears with the time, etc. I press any key and usually the password bar appears, I type it in and enter the computer, but now... nothing shows up, I can't do anything.
CTRL+ALT+DEL, F7>F12, Windows key, Esc, space... nothing works, it's not moving... HELP!!!

    What operating system are you on?

    If you are on an operating system earlier than Windows 8 (Windows XP, Vista, Seven) you need to restart your PC in "safe mode."
    To do this, at the very beginning of your PC's startup, keep pressing the F7 key until you see a list of startup modes. In this list, select "Safe Mode."

    And let us know if the problem persists.
