Asus USB Charger Plus not working anymore

Hello,

Everything is in the title. When I plug my phone (iPhone 7) into a USB port on ASUS Windows 10, the "Charge Plus" feature is no longer working. I haven't made any changes. So, I updated to the latest version of iOS, but that didn't help; I'm still having the same issue. The regular charging works, but not the "Plus."

    I found a solution.

    You need to go to the Microsoft Store and download the app "USB Charger Plus"

    It may tell you that the app is not compatible and to download the previous version via the link it provides.

    Once both are installed, it works again.

      Hi, I also have an Asus running Windows 10 and I have the same issue. Even though apparently you were able to resolve it.

      Unfortunately, I still have it, even though I downloaded and installed "USB Charger Plus" after uninstalling the old one, and then I updated the driver but nothing works; the "USB Charger Plus" icon remains gray when it should turn orange....

      The problem persists; it has been going on for at least 3 months. While searching, I found other tutorials that stated something needed to be changed in the BIOS. Can you tell me if you changed anything? Thanks in advance.

    What is the model number of the Asus?

    Is Windows 7, 8, or 10 in 32 or 64 bits?
