Hello,
On my smartphone, I have saved phone numbers but I don't understand why some are labeled with "connected via" and others with "storage," and sometimes I have both, one time the number is "connected via" and another time with "storage." So I have a lot of duplicates on my device...
What does this mean? And does it change anything? Thank you for informing me.

Hello
Read your manual pages 28-29 and in manage contacts... you should have contacts saved on your SIM phone memory or Google account.. if I were you, I would put these on your Gmail account and then choose to display only your Gmail contacts.. don't leave anything on your internal memory because, in case of a failure or bug, you will lose everything in case of reset... with your Google account, everything will come back. You have been warned. Photos, music, videos, etc. should also be on your microSD. -
This probably indicates that the contact is only present on the phone ("storage") or in the cloud ("connected via").
Is it just because there's only one line of response that I get the message "Please write correctly (no SMS, spelling, grammar)" when I try to validate?
How is it not working well? -
Hello to you
I'm not really sure about the information I'm going to give you
but I believe it's because you can save your numbers on your Google account and then connect to it via Google or you can store your numbers directly on your phone, hence the storage
Hopefully, I was able to help you
