Good evening, I cannot log in to the university's online portal, which gives me this message after each attempt: "The information provided could not authenticate you." Just yesterday, I was able to connect without any issues. I know my password is correct because it has been saved by Google for at least two weeks. I don't know what else to do; I need to access my schedule and emails as soon as possible. URGENT. Thank you in advance for your help.
