Erreur de ventilateur LENOVO au démarrage

Hello,

I have a recurring problem with my T400... I get the fan error message at startup... By pressing Escape, I can start Windows Vista Pro... but the computer overheats because the fans don't spin or do so insufficiently or randomly... I've already taken it apart and cleaned it but that didn't change anything...
To monitor the temperatures and fan speeds, I successfully used TPFancontrol for two days; I no longer had the error message at startup, but during the day it deactivated (meaning it no longer responded to my commands), and the fans stopped... obviously upon restarting I got the fan error message again and I can't get rid of it... Does the problem come from a conflict between SpeedFan from Windows and TPFancontrol, the BIOS, or Windows Defender...?

I uninstalled TPFancontrol, cleaned the computer, ran MBAM, then reinstalled TPFancontrol... but at startup I still get the error message and TPFancontrol doesn't respond to my commands...
