I placed two orders with Certideal. An iPhone 7 received on time, and a Galaxy S7 ordered on 30/08/2018 which was supposed to be delivered in 6 days, and I still haven't received it today on 11/09. I also didn't receive the right protection for the iPhone; the charging cable has a loose connection and the sealing gasket for the SIM card tray is missing. It’s impossible to get in touch with them.
I strongly advise against this company, which lacks seriousness.
To be fair, the iPhone is working well.
How can I cancel the order for the Galaxy S7 that hasn't been delivered on time?

Hello. Following my troubles with this company. After contacting them by phone (about ten calls before getting a response) and seeing on their website that they had a black Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, I requested that phone. This morning I received the phone at a pickup point, and to my disappointment, it's not an Edge. It's a regular S7.
I strongly advise against this company.

On January 30, 2019, I purchased a mobile from Certideal since January 24, 2019, and I still haven't received my SE phone that was supposed to arrive 48 hours later... no way to contact them... This is really not serious.

Hello, I placed an order on August 27, 2019, and delivery was supposed to happen within 48 hours as announced, and to this day I still haven't received my matte black iPhone 7 (I had ordered the jet black), but they sent me an email saying that I was not going to receive the color I ordered, really unprofessional!! I have now been without a phone for 2 weeks knowing that it's back to school. I trusted this site, thinking I would receive my phone quickly and properly, but that’s not the case. FALSE ADVERTISING and also I read the reviews and many, many negative reviews.

4.7.1 Non-receipt and delay in delivery of a Product

If the Buyer does not receive their Products within thirty (30) days following the date of the Order or, in the case where Certideal directly sells its own Products on the Site, if the Buyer does not receive the Products by the delivery date (refer to article 3.5 “Delivery” for further information), they have the option to cancel their contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: VC Technology, 130 boulevard de Verdun 92400 Courbevoie - France, provided that they have previously requested Certideal, in the same manner, to remedy the situation within a reasonable timeframe and that delivery has not been made within the additional timeframe.

Certideal will reimburse the Buyer within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt informing of the resolution of the contract.
