Hello everyone,
After the outage with free wifi secure, the connection came back like for everyone else but it only lasted for a day, I get this message "unable to find the IP address". I noticed in the settings that the IP address was different from my phone, so I set the phone's IP address to static. Since then, when I select free wifi secure it says connected but in fact the connection does not work. I tried the card with another smartphone, and there was no problem connecting. I don't know what to do, so if anyone knows, thanks in advance.

Hi
Your phone doesn't have an IP address
It's when you connect to a hotspot (like Free Wifi Secure) that it assigns an IP address to it
Where does the one you set up come from???

Hello,
It's going out of the parameters of my phone... I have two phones and they both have an IP address (different). What do you have to say about that? -
Hi,
the MAC address of your phone's Wi-Fi card may have been blacklisted by Free if the SIM works in another mobile.
They do that on freewifi but I have never heard of it on freewifi-secure, since there are only their mobile customers.
Do you have a Free box?

and ... there you go!-

I don't quite understand why my message was deleted, free wifi secure is indeed related to mobile networks? I don't have a freeboox. I can no longer connect with free wifi secure on my smartphone at home, but I can do so outside, and when I put my SIM card in another smartphone, I have free wifi secure at home.

No,
freewifi secure is not the mobile network of Free; it is a public wifi network reserved for Free mobile subscribers when they don't have a 3G/4G mobile network but have a Freebox nearby.
It allows internet access but not telephony.
If it doesn't work at your place on the neighbor's box, it's probably because your smartphone doesn't work well on wifi, but works well on 3G/4G.
You can install an app like gmon and wifi analyzer to measure 4G and wifi radio networks.
