More connection with freewifi secure Solved

Question

Hello everyone,
For the past two days, I've been unable to connect with freewifi secure. I've tried on two smartphones, both at home and outside, without success. Several free boxes are showing up, so the problem isn’t there. Any ideas?

Hello, there's a general outage with Freewifi_secure, it hasn't been working on any phone, anywhere, for the past 2 days. I've tried in the 92 department and in Paris, it's down at Free.  Best regards

Currently trying to reach Free support at 3244: the first one hung up on me after a few minutes. And he dared to respond when I told him that I haven't had FreeWiFi secure for a week, that it was "temporary"!!! I replied cordially that 1 hour is indeed temporary, but not a week! He obviously didn't say the word "failure", probably a taboo and they are forbidden to acknowledge their technical shortcomings. But given the number of technical problems with Free, and with interminable durations.

Hello, I just saw that I'm not the only one with this problem. I contacted Free directly, and they confirmed that there is an issue regarding Free WiFi Secure, apologized for it, and that the technical service is trying to resolve it. They confirmed that my phone is not the problem, nor my SIM card, even the WiFi from my box is slow. Best regards, Richard
