More connection with freewifi secure

there's a general outage with Freewifi_secure, it hasn't been working on any phone, anywhere, for the past 2 days. I've tried in the 92 department and in Paris,
it's down at Free.

Currently trying to reach Free support at 3244: the first one hung up on me after a few minutes. And he dared to respond when I told him that I haven't had FreeWiFi secure for a week, that it was "temporary"!!! I replied cordially that 1 hour is indeed temporary, but not a week! He obviously didn't say the word "failure", probably a taboo and they are forbidden to acknowledge their technical shortcomings. But given the number of technical problems with Free, and with interminable durations.

What is most pathetic is that sites close to Free like freenews or univers freebox are not talking about it, it's a coordinated blackout, that's clear.

Hello, I just saw that I'm not the only one with this problem. I contacted Free directly, and they confirmed that there is an issue regarding Free WiFi Secure, apologized for it, and that the technical service is trying to resolve it. They confirmed that my phone is not the problem, nor my SIM card, even the WiFi from my box is slow. Best regards, Richard

I don’t know about all of you, but for me the connection lasted only one day, since when I try to connect I get "unable to find the IP address". Am I the only one?
