Unable to open MMS...

Hello, I have a Galaxy A5 (2017) and for the past few days I've been getting this message:
The download of the attachment from the MMS has failed - please try again later
But it's really not working anymore.
What could I have disabled or changed on my phone to get this?

    Hello, just in case, are mobile data enabled?
    Because it's impossible to send or receive MMS

      Good evening epsilon, I read your response to pranne with interest. I have the same problem with my Samsung Galaxy J16, unfortunately, it doesn't work for me because my mobile data is indeed activated. Would you have another suggestion for me please?
