Hello,

If you are playing or using a resource-intensive program, it's normal for the temperature to rise.

However, if it rises (too high) without excessive use of the machine, you need to improve the cooling.

It all depends on the indicated temperature and the usage...

For me, I have a variation that goes from 76 to 79. Normal or not?

Thank you, I work with video, so I have a heavy load in gigabytes - But whether I'm working on my films or on texts (Docs), it doesn't go below 76 - What's the solution to lower it?

Personally, in office applications, I never exceed 40°, and your 76° is only reached when I launch a video game, which drops quickly once I exit the game.

A large passive cooler on the CPU with thermal paste (to be changed every 6 months) and proper case ventilation (if air is expelled from the back, it is better to draw it in from the front to establish an airflow).
