However, I uninstalled Facebook Messenger and reinstalled it, but I'm still having the same issue. The action has been repeated 3 times and without success regarding my problem: my LG K10 phone fails to make Facebook Messenger calls to one of my contacts.

First of all, it is imperative to check if the problem is simply not coming from the app. It is necessary to completely uninstall the Messenger app, then reinstall it completely and correctly from the Play Store.
