"The system...is damaged" 1% every 15 minutes

Hello,
Yesterday, I dropped my PS3 while playing GTA 5, I put it back in its place and continued playing, shortly after the game froze, I had to turn off the PS3 using the power button. Then I turned it back on and the PS3 asked me to do a restoration, I did it and it took 2 hours for 38%. I looked online and read that it is recommended to restart, so I turned it off and on again, did it again and still 3 hours for 48%. I restarted and it showed "The file system of the hard drive is corrupted", I had to confirm and it did the same thing again, I turned it off and on again, and it did the same thing, I did it twice and now I’m waiting and doing nothing. I started this at 10am and now it’s 6:30pm, I know there's the formatting solution but I'm using my phone for the connection and I'm on vacation, I pay €1 for 1GB and I have no money left (I was planning to get 100% on GTA), now it's at 33% and exactly every 11 minutes and 30 seconds it gains 1% (I timed it).
Please help me, I won't be able to play during classes because of my clueless dad who thinks games "bring down the grades."
PS: I wrote 1% every 10 minutes because if I say "1% every 11 minutes and 30 seconds and 57 milliseconds no one will help me."
