Hello
I am on Windows 10 and I would like to know if it is possible to change the PDF icons to the images of the first page of the PDF because it is difficult to find your way around when you have a lot of PDFs

Hi

You need to change the display type in Windows Explorer to Extra large, Large, or Medium icons.
You can also enable the "Preview pane"
It is located at the top left in the explorer.

you also have the option:
in the top left click on the "View" tab, on the right "Options" button, in the window that opens click on the "View" tab
look for "Always show icons, never thumbnails" in the list, and uncheck it
