Hello,

I have a problem with my MCQ PRO 4K mini box. It worked normally this weekend, but now when I plug it in, the light turns blue but it won't start, neither with the button on the unit nor with the remote control. I've unplugged it a hundred times and tried to reset it, but nothing works. So if you have any idea about this problem and how to fix it, I'm all ears.

Hello,

Blue light, it is on... and Orange, it is off.

You can restore its factory settings by doing a Reset ... there should be a small hole underneath, with the tip of a toothpick you can press through this hole on the internal reset button.

I've already tried the reset, the light stays blue and nothing happens...

I don't know anymore... is the 5 or 12 volts power supply sufficient in terms of power, at least 2 Amperes is needed.
What makes you think it doesn't work for me..?? Because you see nothing on your TV..??
Are you sure you are on the right HDMI, is the cable good..??

I plug it into the socket at home without connecting it to the television via HDMI. The blue light is on, but nothing more happens, even when trying to manipulate it with the remote control or directly on the box.
