Hello,
I usually record my screen while gaming with AMD Relive in MP4. I edit my videos with Premiere Pro CS6.
I haven't done this for a few months, and now that I wanted to start again, when I import my footage into Premiere Pro, I only have sound and the video is black. When trying to open my footage with Windows Media Player, I only get sound as well. With another player, the message "This item was encoded in a format that is not supported." appears.
I had updated my graphics card just before this, and thinking that might be the issue, I rolled back to the previous version. I tried updating Windows, but it didn't change anything. I installed QuickTime because I saw on another forum that it had fixed the problem for some, but it doesn't fix mine.
I thought maybe I had changed a setting in Premiere Pro that I shouldn't have, but if I can't play my video on any player, I think it comes from either Windows or the graphics card update that removed something.
Can someone help me?
Thank you in advance.
