Reinstall Microsoft Picture It

Hello everyone,
I have the Picture It CD, but since I reinstalled my PC, the program won't work anymore. I have Windows 10 on my ASUS PC. Can someone help me?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 67.0.3396.99

A user provided a solution, here it is:
Install your software, when you get the first error window, click OK, you will get a second error window, DO NOT CLICK OK, click on power off, shut down your computer, it will indicate unable to disconnect, wait a few seconds and then click CANCEL, then the program will continue and work.

Thank you for the solution. As of today, September 11, 2019, it is still functional by following this as Patrick said:

Installation of Microsoft Photo Premium 10 (on Windows 10 64Bits):

1) Install your software.
2) When you get the 1st error window, click OK, you will get a 2nd error window, DO NOT CLICK OK, you will get a 2nd error window, DO NOT CLICK OK.
3) Click on the WINDOWS logo, then Power, Shut down your computer. It will indicate "Closing 'xxx' applications are in progress." (restart blocked)
4) Wait 10 seconds then click CANCEL, then the program will continue its installation and work.
