Reader 0 unallocated space 0.0MB
Hello,
I'm trying to install Windows 10 on my Acer (which normally has Windows 7, but I'll get back to that). The problem is that I only have one partition, drive 0, which I assume is my hard drive. But it appears with 0.0 free space and the same for total size. So it's impossible to install anything on it. I can't format it or create a new partition because "the maximum size is 0 MB," so it's impossible.
To explain how I got here: my computer was unresponsive, the screen was black, but the lights indicating it's on and charging were on (it wasn't charging anymore). This had already happened, and a technician simply removed and reinserted the battery, so I did the same. When I turn it on again, everything is deleted; the program completely lagged, and after the logo, there's the screen telling me to reboot and insert a CD or USB stick to install the program. So for the past day, I've been trying to reinstall Windows, but there's this problem with my hard drive or "drive 0." (I checked, and it is online.)
