Hello,

My phone doesn't ring anymore and when people call us, they go straight to voicemail.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 61.0

    Does the device's screen display a crossed bell?
    If so, the ringer is off. A long press on the *(star) key turns the ringer on or off.

    Is this phone connected to a box?
    If so, reset it by disconnecting its power supply for several seconds
