Hello everyone,
I have a small problem with my computer. I wanted to enlarge my mouse, I must have made a wrong manipulation and now I can no longer enter numbers in any document. I removed the batteries from my keyboard, tried to intervene at the level of the "control panel" in vain, and also activated the "Num Lock" key.
Thank you for your attention, and in advance for your help.
Best regards.

Hello,
Certainly not very serious, try clicking once on the Num Lock key just above the numeric keypad even if you've done it before
and have you tried entering numbers using the shift key and the number keys on the AZERTY keyboard
See you later

Re,
as I have to go out, I'm giving you two other parameters to control
control panel Accessibility options > make the keyboard easier to use, and check the 4th box
Turn on toggle keys by holding down the Num Lock key for 5 seconds
control panel
Accessibility options make the mouse easier to use, and uncheck the first box "Turn on mouse keys"

Good evening Mike-31
You are amazing, I followed your first advice for others, and finally, I enabled the toggle keys and I heard a little sound as you advised, and it works! I am thrilled because I am doing genealogy and I couldn't enter any births or deaths. Anyway, I congratulate you for your kindness and expertise.
Best regards
