Hello,
I have a PC that displays Power on Password at startup. I have tried every password I use but nothing works.
I attempted to remove this password by taking out the battery for 24 hours, but still nothing.
The PC is an old HP.

Hello,
The password is in place for obvious reasons: to prevent unwanted starting and access to the machine.
Old machine or not, it doesn't change anything: the password is there for a reason. Therefore, bypassing or attempting to override this password could be considered hacking and intrusion into an information system... which is illegal in the eyes of the law.
