Power 85% and quality 0%

Hello, as written the power is at 85% and the quality remains at 0%. However, it was working well 15 days ago and then it did what it’s doing today before working again, but now nothing works at all. I hadn't done anything specific for it to work again. I’m connected to a large double-head satellite dish and it works well in the living room with the same connection, on the same dish with the same head. I did factory resets but it doesn't change anything. I also performed automatic channel searches but it says no signal or no Fransat service list. Before it was working really well, but not anymore. I also tried my card from the living room which is also Fransat but that doesn’t work either. I called Humax, the brand of my decoder, and Fransat but nobody managed to make it work again. They tell me to call Fransat or Humax. They pass the buck to each other but I have nothing left. And it started when I was trying to access the channels; it told me that the channels were not part of my subscription even though they are the regular Fransat channels that have always worked and I haven't changed anything since. What could it be coming from? Thank you
