So, it's true that when someone creates yet another thread about it, it often provokes rather nasty comments.... (sometimes bordering on rudeness, I willingly admit.... some should also think about that....)

And if these scams persist, it's partly because there is a certain recurring naivety in this area.... providing a real "profitability" to their authors.... (It's human nature to get conned, just look at the three-card trick that goes back to the Middle Ages... and still works very well...) and it's also because these scams are set up from countries outside French/European jurisdiction.... and being profitable, when one crook is caught, ten others set up an identical scheme again.....

In short, only common sense, reflection, and questioning can help each individual protect themselves....

Nevertheless, if you have any evidence suggesting that the fool is based in Côte d'Ivoire you can report it to the PLCC (they do what they can with the resources they have....)
