20-digit phone number

Hello, I received a phone call from an unknown number earlier, but this number had 20 digits. Could someone explain that? I didn't answer, and it intrigues me.
Here is the number: ‭06647435363366474353‬

    Hello, it’s probably a display bug because if we split the number in two it gives:
    06--------36 and 336------3
    The 33 (or +33) is the country code for France, there must have been an issue because of that but I don’t know exactly what happened (by the way, there’s a 6 missing at the end, maybe due to lack of space).
    In any case, I think that by only looking at the first 10 digits we can recover the number.
