Hello, as the title indicates, I was denied a retake even though I had an average of 9.76. I read in the regulations that those with an average between 8 and 10 were entitled to one. I keep reminding my teachers, but they won't listen. What should I do? Who should I contact?

    Hello,

You can qualify for the retake, but it's not a right.

To qualify for the retake, you must have a score between 8 and 10. The jury decides whether or not to grant the candidate a retake. They base their decision on the review of the school record, particularly on the mention given by the class council: very favorable, favorable, must prove themselves.
Before failing a candidate, the jury examines the school record in more detail: they read the feedback provided by the teachers.

In your case, it must not have been bright for them to decide to fail you with an average of 9.76.

The jury's decision is final. But you are undoubtedly the primary responsible for this situation.

But you already knew all this...
