CCleaner shuts down the computer.

Hello,

When I run a cleanup with CCleaner on our laptop running Windows 8.1, it shuts down by itself.
How can I fix this issue?

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 52.9

    Hello

    Go to => options => advanced: there is a box "shut down the computer after cleaning" to uncheck

    Thank you for your response,
    but the computer was shutting down well before the end of the cleanup. After posting my message, I thought about uninstalling the program and reinstalling it. After that, the cleanup went smoothly and finished without shutting down the computer. I will see if it still works the next time I use it.

      Actually, uninstalling/reinstalling would have been my next suggestion just in case... so we should really see if it's durable... (it should be the case...)
