Hello,
I would like to know if there is a way to open closed eyes in a photo using a software. I am completely new to this field, but there is a photo I really want to edit.
Can someone guide me on how to do it?
Thanks in advance.

Actually, it's a photo of me with Florence Foresti taken after her show, but I'm closing my eyes at that moment :(
I tried a bit with a trial version of Photoshop I found, but I've never used this software, and the result isn't great.
How should I proceed to get something good?-
So it's simple. You just need to follow a few tutorials online to get some practice and familiarize yourself with basic editing, and then make a copy of this image as well as one of yours where your eyes are visible from the right angle and roughly the same lighting, and combine the eyes from your image with the open eyes from the one where your eyes are closed...
I haven't used Photoshop in a long time, but the method is common to all editing software from PhotoFiltre 7 to GIMP and many others that can perfectly execute this task as simply as Photoshop, and sometimes even in an easier way....

I tried a little, but in the photos I've taken, I feel like I never really have the same lighting or exactly the same skin tone. I'm going to keep trying, but for now, what I've done doesn't suit me. Do you know if there are any websites or people who offer this type of service in case I don't achieve a good result?

Hello,
given that you have never used Photoshop, it is highly unlikely that you will achieve a satisfactory result on your own as we are dealing with a type of complex editing (manipulating selections and layers, layer blending, adjusting exposure, etc.).
You can contact a graphic designer nearby who can do this work. -

Here, on CCM, we can't execute anything on demand, just help and give advice, but with a bit of luck, you might find a graphic designer or a good amateur to do this kind of work for you. The key is to carefully keep the original images and to only provide or work on copies...
Normally, by keeping your images safe in folders and taking the time to learn the basics and principles of image manipulation and editing, you should be able to do it soon, provided you commit to learning; many others have done it before you and succeeded...
Of course, as Alex says, if you have a good graphic designer nearby or if you know one, it should be possible to get it done, but always on copies and never on the original images, which could be lost in case of an accident or clumsiness...
There is a very competent and prolific tutorial provider on this channel. His tutorials are of high quality and very educational (I believe he is Belgian, in any case, he is Francophone), a good way to start: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCujU-v-i0qLns0xKpfm2OYg/videos
There are tons of tutorials, but often they are much less detailed and complete than his, which doesn't prevent you from grabbing whatever you can find elsewhere...

Good evening,
If you plan to lift your eyelids to see what's underneath, it's a lost cause, but if your eyes are already aligned with another image, there's nothing complicated about it; it's even the basics of editing.... ;-)

The price of software is inversely proportional to its usability... ;-) -

Thank you for your responses. I will try to manage on my own or find someone who knows the subject a bit better than I do to help me if I still can’t do it.
