Keyboard that turns off and on by itself

Hello,

My problem is as follows: I just bought a keyboard (Asus Rog Claymore) with perfectly updated drivers and software. However, it sometimes turns off for a second, with the LEDs and key functions stopping, and then it turns back on (without the USB disconnection noise). And when that happens while I'm typing, it writes like thiiiiis. At first, it happened on a certain cycle, every 4/5 minutes, but now it's happening closer together. At times, the keyboard completely turns off without turning back on, and I have to reconnect the USB cable. I've already tried changing ports, even switching to USB 3.0, but nothing has changed. I attempted a complete uninstallation and reinstallation, without success. As for Windows updates, device updates, and viruses, everything is fine.

One might think that the problem is with the keyboard, but it happened with my old Cyborg V7 keyboard from Mad Catz as well, although it eventually calmed down over time. It almost seems like there’s an issue with power supply, yet I have a very good power supply, and why would the keyboard be the only one suffering?

Anyway, if anyone has any suggestions for me because I'm completely stumped, thank you.

Configuration: Windows 7 x64 Ultimate / Firefox 60.0

HELLO the age of the PC, it is possible that a capacity has varied in value and that a voltage is a little low, the backup battery (CR 2032) can cause a problem if it is weak, try the keyboard on another PC.
