Hello,
I am desperately trying to contact Bouygues by email to file a complaint.
I just received my 3rd bill and was surprised to find a charge of €1.99 for a call that was never made: 21.42 (19s=1mn)
Apparently, I am not the only one affected by this charge!
I am requesting a refund of this small but unjust amount.

The number 2142 corresponds to a ringtone server for your smartphone.
You shouldn’t click on everything and anything!
Just because the price isn’t displayed doesn’t mean it’s free!
Beware, some sites install their number in your directory (to be checked) and when you request a service (ringtones), this number is called; the service is free, but the phone call is not.

Hello, I was just asking for the email address of Bouygues and not for comments on how I use my phone: no, I do not click on everything and anything!
Finally, I've noticed that I'm not the first to encounter this "problem," and even though many of us click on everything and anything, some people report having been refunded.
