Hello, my Metronic Terbox HD PVR decoder ref. 441667 is stuck on number 4000, can you help me? Thank you in advance:

    Hello
    If you have forgotten your PIN code, we invite you to use the following unlock code:
    4000. As soon as your PIN code or the decoder's default PIN code is entered, all
    data is erased, and your decoder is then reset.
    But I also found this: as the device updates, the procedure may have changed
    1) unplug the antenna and power supply
    2) wait 30 seconds, then plug in ONLY the power supply.
    3) turn on the screen and the decoder.
    4) press OK 6 7 8 7 using your remote control
    5) your decoder will restart by itself - reconnect the antenna and follow the instructions to reinstall your decoder.
