Launch cmd without opening a session

Hello,
I would like to launch cmd without opening a session but in safe mode with command prompt; it doesn't launch.
I would like to rely on your cooperation, thank you in advance Maidjin.

Hello, I don't think it's possible for security reasons. However, it could work with an installation CD by clicking on repair instead of install, and thus accessing the command prompt.
