Uninstall R-Link 2 toolbox

Hello,
I bought a new Renault Mégane Estate, to update my mapping, I installed the R-Link 2 toolbox software. Not being a computer expert or English speaker, I have the whole program in English. I want to uninstall it to put the French version, I go to the control panel then uninstall a program, at this point, a message appears on the screen saying: R-Link 2 is running, please close the application before uninstalling, I don't understand because it is closed. When I shut down my PC, as soon as I turn it back on, without clicking anything, the R-Link window opens on my screen. What should I do?

    Hi,

    Make sure that once closed it does not appear in the notification area (next to the clock).
    Some programs do not shut down completely but run in the background in that area.

    If that’s not the case, open the task manager (right-click on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen) and right-click on the process and click on end task.

    You will be able to uninstall it afterwards.
