How to install the R-LINK 2 Toolbox software

Hello,
Not being very computer-savvy, I'm unable to install the software mentioned on my Renault Megane Estate Business that I got on May 16th. After several failed attempts, I give up. I would like to install it in French, not only am I hopeless with computers, but I only know French, and I'm relatively young at 76 years old, so it's not now that I will study computer science and languages. Thank you for explaining in simple terms and not in technical jargon.

    Thank you bazfile,
    I did as you told me, I'm back to square one, it's written in English and my USB stick in the top left has a red cross, I can click on anything, nothing moves.
