Twitter account disabled while I'm an adult

Hello,
My Twitter account has been disabled because apparently I am not of legal age, which is totally false.
Indeed, yesterday I wanted to change my date of birth because when I signed up three years ago, I entered a false one (1990). So I entered the real one yesterday (1999, which indicates that I am of legal age).
When I tried to log back in, they told me that my account was disabled because I did not meet the minimum age requirement with this message:
“Twitter uses the personal data from your account to provide its services. We have determined that you do not meet the minimum age requirement in your country to consent to the processing of your personal data, and your account has therefore been locked.
Your account will be removed from Twitter unless your legal representative (parent or guardian) gives their consent on your behalf. To keep your account, please provide the contact information of a parent or guardian.”
However, I am of legal age, and even if I were not, the date of birth I entered indicates that I am. This is a mistake on Twitter's part.
I have therefore sent Twitter a copy of my ID, and my parents have done the same.
Do you know if I will be able to recover my account? And how long will it take?
