Hello,
I accidentally connected my smartphone to the USB port of the radio, GPS, phone unit in my CLIO IV and now I have no radio, GPS, or phone.
On the unit's screen, the Renault logo keeps spinning and there is a blue screen that says "Windows Embedded CE 6.0," and it's impossible to do anything.
Is there someone who can help me remove Windows from the vehicle?
Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
Patrick

Hello,
Windows CE is the system that allows your radio, GPS, and phone to function, so there's no question of removing it.
To start, we need to find a way to reboot it, and since there is no keyboard or input device, I suggest unplugging and replugging your battery.
If you're lucky, everything will work again as before, but if you've really messed up WinCE, you're in trouble.
