Hello,
I have conducted a lot of research to solve my problem without success, so I am trying to ask for help here. I created a survey on Google Forms and I retrieved the responses/data without any issues to analyze them in my research paper. However, my problem is that I want to download/copy/convert (it doesn't matter) the questionnaire (in ODT, PDF, etc., that doesn't matter either) in order to include it as an appendix in my paper, but I can't manage to do it at all. Please note that I am indeed talking about the original questionnaire (not the answers to the questions). I tried to take screenshots, but they are really unreadable.
