Issue with Google Forms responses

Hello,

I created 2 forms via Google Forms which I tested a few months ago and everything worked perfectly. The time has come, I need to publish them on my site, but when "retesting" and filling out the answers, then submitting the questionnaire, here's the message that appears:
"Share the link to this pre-filled form"

So, the responses are not being saved, I have no notifications, nothing in my response sheet. I've read about the issue on several forums, unresolved, and all the questions are recent, could there be a bug in Google Forms?

    Hello,

    It is indeed not very intuitive.
    On the new version of Forms, you need to get the "right" link by clicking on the eye icon.
    The end of the link should be "viewform".
    If the end of the link is "edit" (input mode) or "prefill", it's not correct.
