Hello,
When I scan a document, I get blank pages appearing, which means I end up with double the number of pages for ten pages.
Could you please help me??

Hello,
Could you describe your equipment?
From your writing, one can assume that you are using an automatic document feeder.
If that is the case, it is likely a mechanical issue. Make sure that the sheets of the documents are not sticking together. -
Hello,
Maybe a software issue.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the scanner driver.
Go to the manufacturer's website and download the driver.

It's a Canon laser printer that we have at work.
It's not a problem with stuck sheets, but when I go to my email, I get a blank page between a text page
(text-blank page-text-blank page etc...) and I want to avoid these useless sheets because during printing I have to sort, which is a waste of time. -
I have a Canon printer with an automatic document feeder, but it's not a laser, so it's certainly not the model you are using. Therefore, I can't provide you with specific help, especially since I have never encountered the issue you describe.
I think the solution lies in the formats:
- choice of paper size (I don't really believe this: it would be surprising if there were an error on that side)
- definition of the scanning area. (in my case this setting is not accessible from the printer) -
Good evening, thank you for your feedback
However, I've just realized that when I scan and select PDF mode, that's when I get my blank pages.
And without PDF mode, so by default, there are no blank pages, problem solved, I think
Thanks again and have a good evening
